More from metal.

The Chamber of Industry and Commerce Koblenz (IHK Koblenz) had issued an invitation for the “Honouring the Best” ceremony. The event was attended by more than 1300 guests, including responsible persons of training companies and vocational schools.

This year more than 6800 participants passed the final examination within the area of IHK Koblenz in 155 recognized apprenticed professions. The apprentices honoured in Koblenz have all passed the examination with “very good” marks or achieved the best results in the relevant profession.

This also applies to our former apprentice Simon Magulski, who now has a permanent position
in our company. Congratulations and best wishes from the AMS Management!

Trendsetting: Corten steel – weathering patina for individual designs

Brochure "Metallic façades made of Corten steel" as pdf-file.

Façades made of corten steel are something very special. Corten is a weathering steel which gets its natural rust-like patina by a protective layer on its surface under the influence of the weather. Corten steel is therefore especially suitable for constructions which require an innovative and characteristic design – if in arts or architecture.

It is a great honour for AMS having a part in the redevelopment of the historical industrial monument "Jahrhunderthalle Bochum". An imposant building between tradition and the modern age.

THE SQUAIRE Frankfurt/M.

„An architectural milestone: The new SQUAIRE in Frankfurt/m.

Situated directly above the airport’s ICE high-speed railway station, is this extraordinary and innovative architectural project. At 660 metres in length and up to 65 metres in width it will provide the city of Frankfurt a new dimension of attractive and highly efficient office and trade space at Europe’s most important transport hub.

After having successfully participated in the project of the ICE high-speed railway station, the AMS is very pleased to be a contracting party again for the new SQUAIRE (formerly AIRRAIL CENTER) in the field of metallic facade technology.
